These terms govern your use of grovemarina.com and any bookings, enquiries or account you make through it. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Your slip lease, rental agreement or other signed contract with Grove Marina, Inc. governs the service itself; if anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

2. Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

4. Bookings, leases and payment
A booking or slip request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until we confirm it. Availability, pricing, slip assignment and lease terms are subject to confirmation and to the signed agreement. Fees, deposits, cancellation and refund terms are as set out in your rental or lease agreement and any rate schedule in force at the time.
We try to keep pricing and availability on the site accurate, but errors occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel a request arising from an obvious pricing or availability mistake, and will refund any amount paid in that case.
5. Marina rules and safety
Use of the marina, slips, docks, boat ramps and equipment is subject to posted marina rules and to applicable law. Boating carries inherent risks. You are responsible for the safe operation of your vessel, for the conduct of your guests, and for compliance with all safety and navigation requirements. Nothing on this website is boating, navigation, weather or safety advice.
6. Your content
If you submit content to us — photographs, reviews, messages or documents — you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose it was submitted. We may remove content at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — text, images, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Grove Marina, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
8. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify Grove Marina, Inc. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of law or the rights of another.
12. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for functions such as payment processing, booking, mapping and email. Their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. This does not by itself terminate a signed lease or rental agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of this website.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
